Have you ever found yourself offended or angry?
Did you know that if you do not wish to remain in this state to be offended or angry, you have a choice?
When you feel anger rising in his mind and body you can stop and take a deep breath and exhale and know that this next deep breath you open yourself up to that fact the Divine Spirit that is within you and as you do so so they can choose to follow the example that the Holy Spirit.
Sometimes this may mean walking away from the situation or count to 10, or any other option that comes to mind when you allow yourself to be open to the Divine Spirit that is within you.
You may also notice that every time you feel angry with yourself, you can do the same thing too. Every time you feel angry and feel angry with anyone just stop take a deep breath inhaling and know that your next breath will be open to the Divine Spirit that is within you.
Since you are connected with this love, joy and peace that is within you, as the Holy Spirit, you can remain calm and to extend compassion to yourself and others. By knowing what you have a way to forgive and make a new choice.

Feel what you feel now and do what I want to understand, just understand that when we meditate on a daily basis really helps you begin to make the most powerful option when you are angry or offended because you have an open door to that Spirit of Love, Joy and Peace is within you.
At the same time, when you meditate on a daily basis allows the mind to settle which in turn allows the body to settle as well.
